Here at Dolly Peg we want to make sure your happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we can refund within 14 days from date of arrival if your item is in its unused original condition.

You are required to pay the return postage unless your item is damaged or faulty.

We would recommend you send your items back using a registered delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

All items that were received damaged or faulty will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep all original packaging and send us a picture of the damaged item so we can refund the full amount
